To AWAB "Best in Stainless Steel Welding" means satisfying our customers' needs and their expectations on us as suppliers of stainless steel welding consumables and high-level technical support.

The quality of our products and services shall be such that it constitutes an essential reason for customers to purchase from us  and our aim is to be the customer's first choice by offering the best value for money, every time.

This will allow Avesta Welding to remain continuously at the forefront as a premium value-added supplier.

How do we achieve our Quality Objectives ?
The following principles shall always be valid for our business.

• Continual product development in close coperation with stainless steel manufacurers and users to meet customer needs and market trends.
• Selection of raw material suppliers able to satisfy our high quality requirements.
• Continuous development of our manufacturing processes to achieve the desired level of quality.
• Selection of distribution channels and continuous training of distributor personnel to be the best qualified to strengthen our position as a supplier of high quality stainless steel consumables.
• Quality is a natural and essential part of the daily routine of every member of the company. Competence, commitment and a sense of responsibility are characteristic of our job. This is maintained by continual education and training of our personnel.
• A documented organisation and responsibility allocation structure covering those activities that influence quality.
• Follow-up on the effectiveness of quality actions by measuring, evaluation and feedback of information.
• Continual improvement by setting targets and following these up, with focus on customer satisfaction.
