Avesta Welding launches an entirely new programme of flux cored wires

For the welding of austenitic and duplex stainless steels, Avesta Welding AB in Sweden is launching an entirely new programme of flux cored wires: FCW-2D® and FCW-3D®.
FCW-2D®guarantees high productivity and first-class surfaces when welding in the horizontal and horizontal-vertical positions.
FCW-3D®is designed for all-position welding and, in a single product, combines the necessary properties for both horizontal and vertical welding.
Avesta Welding’s stainless steel welding centre in Avesta, Sweden, is responsible for the development and manufacture of the new flux cored wires.

Stainless steel flux cored wires are made from stainless steel strip that is formed and filled with flux.
